About Me
A career in the United States Air Force leading the women and men defending our nation left with me with a strong desire to continue to serve through leadership coaching.
Bart Bonar
I love connecting with people and having a positive impact on their lives.

I retired in 2020 from the United States Air Force as a Colonel, having served as a Commander three times for organizations with over 500 personnel. A career intelligence officer dual qualified as a foreign area officer, I spent over half of my career overseas and deployed five times.
Since retirement, I have spent my corporate career in the national defense industry. My main areas of interest have been in defense startups, focusing on small, high tech companies that bring game changing software to the US military and Intelligence Community.
I bring these experiences and skill sets:
- Leading individuals, teams, and large organizations
- Multiple years/experiences in high stress job roles
- Ability to connect with people across all spectrums
- Relaxed style and a sense of humor
